SVLK
✅ Active — All SuppliersSistem Verifikasi Legalitas Kayu
Indonesia's mandatory legal timber verification system. Required by regulation for all wood exports from Indonesia. Verified by accredited independent auditors under Ministry of Environment and Forestry supervision.
ENplus A1
🔄 PlannedEuropean Pellet Quality Certification
European premium pellet quality standard. Required for most European residential and industrial buyers. We are working toward this certification for future European market access.
SBP
🔄 PlannedSustainable Biomass Program
Global certification scheme for woody biomass used in large-scale power generation. Required by many European utilities.
ISO 17225-2
📋 Referenced in TDSSolid Biofuels — Wood Pellets
International standard for graded wood pellets. Our specifications are aligned with ISO 17225-2 Class A2 industrial grade parameters. We reference this standard in our TDS.
6-Step QC for Every Shipment
Supplier Pre-Qualification
We verify SVLK certification validity, production capacity, and track record before contracting any supplier. Only certified facilities are used.
Specification Confirmation
Agreed specifications (diameter, moisture, ash, calorific value) are documented in the sales contract and production order. Suppliers confirm capability before production begins.
Production Monitoring
We maintain contact with the supplier during production. Key milestones and deviations are reported. Any quality concern is raised immediately.
Pre-Loading Inspection
Before container loading, samples are checked for moisture content, ash content, and visual quality. Third-party inspection (SGS, Intertek) available at buyer request.
Certificate of Analysis
COA documenting actual tested values is available per shipment upon request. Shows moisture, ash, calorific value, and bulk density of the specific batch.
Documentation Review
All export documents are reviewed for accuracy before release: SVLK endorsement, COO, packing list, commercial invoice. No document is released with errors.
