From Your Inquiry to Delivery — Every Step Explained
We believe the export process should be transparent. Here is exactly what happens after you contact us — no vague commitments, no hidden steps.
Send us your requirements via contact form or WhatsApp. We need: product specification (diameter, calorific value target), estimated monthly volume, destination port, and preferred incoterm (FOB or CIF).
We contact our supplier network to confirm current pricing and availability for your specifications. You receive a formal quotation with: product specs, FOB/CIF price per MT, validity period (7 days), and minimum order quantity.
If the quotation is acceptable, we prepare a Sales Contract covering: product specifications, quantity, price, incoterm, loading port, destination port, payment terms, and shipment schedule.
We coordinate with the SVLK-certified supplier for production according to confirmed specifications. Quality is verified before loading: moisture content, ash content, and calorific value checked against agreed specifications.
We prepare and obtain all required export documents: SVLK export endorsement, Certificate of Origin (COO) from Chamber of Commerce, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Bill of Lading (via shipping line), and Phytosanitary Certificate if required.
Container loaded at Indonesian port and shipped to destination. You receive all shipping documents for customs clearance at your end. We remain available for any questions throughout the transit period.

What Buyers Typically Ask About
What payment terms do you offer?
We're flexible — Letter of Credit (LC Irrevocable), Down Payment with balance before shipping, or other arrangements based on order size and mutual agreement. We discuss what works for both sides.
Discuss payment terms →Can we do a small trial order first?
Yes. Minimum order is 1×20' FCL (approximately 18–19 MT). We actively encourage trial shipments before committing to larger volumes — it's the right way to verify quality and logistics before scaling.
Ask about trial order →How do we verify quality before payment?
Third-party inspection can be arranged before loading at buyer's request and cost. We can recommend established inspection companies (SGS, Intertek) operating in Indonesia. COA (Certificate of Analysis) is available on request.
Ask about inspection →What if specifications don't match on arrival?
This is addressed in the sales contract with agreed tolerance levels. We work only with suppliers who have consistent production quality. Any claim is handled directly between buyer, us, and the relevant parties — transparently.
