From First Conversation to Delivery

Every step in this process is explained before you commit to anything. You know what comes next, what it requires from you, and what to expect from us.

01

Send Your Requirement

Tell us what you need and we will respond with what we can offer. If you have a full specification ready, send it. If you are still in the evaluation stage, a general description of your application and volume is enough to start.

02

We Confirm and Quote

We confirm what we can deliver for your requirement, including product parameters and lead time, then issue a formal price quotation covering product, packaging, and freight to your destination port. The quotation states what is included and its validity period.

03

Contract

We issue a sales contract once the quotation is accepted. Payment terms are discussed and agreed at this stage based on what works for both sides.

04

Production and Quality Check

Production is scheduled and a quality check is conducted before loading to confirm the shipment meets what was agreed. Third-party inspection by SGS or Intertek can be arranged if your procurement process requires independent verification.

05

Shipment and Documentation

We prepare the complete export documentation and coordinate shipment. All documents needed for customs clearance at your end are prepared and reviewed before release. Timeline is confirmed at the quotation stage.

What Buyers Typically Ask About

What payment terms do you accept?

We discuss payment terms at the contract stage based on what works for both sides. Get in touch and we can talk through the options.

Can we arrange independent quality inspection before shipment?

Yes. Third-party inspection by SGS, Intertek, or another inspection company of your choice can be arranged before loading. We can assist with coordination. Inspection cost is typically at buyer's account, which is standard practice for commodity exports.

How long does shipment take after contract?

Timeline is confirmed at the quotation stage based on your volume and destination. As a general reference, transit times from Indonesia are 15-20 days to the Middle East, 10-15 days to South Asia, and 10-18 days to East Asia.

What documents does the shipment come with?

We prepare the full documentation package required for customs clearance at your destination port. The specific documents depend on your country's import requirements, which we confirm at the quotation stage. If you have a specific documentation checklist from your procurement team, send it to us and we will confirm what we can provide.
