How We Coordinate Your Order
We handle wood pellet export from Indonesia end to end. Send us your requirement and we take care of sourcing, documentation, and shipment coordination, so you deal with one point of contact from the first inquiry through to delivery at your destination port.
Every order goes through the same process: requirement confirmed, supply arranged, quality checked before loading, and a complete documentation package prepared for your customs clearance. No chasing multiple parties, no gaps in the paperwork.
Send Your Requirement
Tell us what you need: product diameter, intended use, volume, destination port, and preferred incoterm. The more detail you share upfront, the faster we can respond with something useful.
Supplier Matching
We identify the supplier in our network best suited to your requirement and confirm what is achievable for your order, including any specification or certification constraints.
Quotation
We send a price indication based on current supplier pricing and freight costs for your destination. All quotes include validity period and clearly state what is and is not included.
Contract
If the quotation works for you, we issue a sales contract. Payment terms are agreed at this stage based on your preference and order size.
Production and Quality Check
Production is coordinated with the selected supplier. A quality check is conducted before loading to confirm the batch meets the agreed parameters.
Shipment and Documentation
We manage the full export documentation: SVLK endorsement, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, and Phytosanitary Certificate where required. Target shipment is within 30 days of contract signing, subject to production schedule.
